Updated 2024 Benefit Limits for Health & Welfare Plans

November 16, 2023

Every year, the U.S. Government sets new limits for various benefit programs to reflect inflation and changes in the law. Following are the limits announced or projected for 2024. Employers should review their benefit plans to ensure they reflect these new limits. Please note a few items. Due to a change in federal law, there is no minimum copayment above the catastrophic threshold for Medicare Part D. Also, please note that the deductible limits for Long Term Care Premiums decreased slightly this year.
