Creating Opportunities

In 2023, the Keenan Insurance Scholarship reached new milestones in fostering educational opportunities and diversity in the insurance and financial sectors.

• We awarded over $9,000 in scholarships
• We supported 15 aspiring professionals across 4 colleges
• We assisted a diverse group of scholars stepping into their future

IMPACT Day

At our 2023 IMPACT Day, over 600 Keenan employees came together over a period of two days to assemble 2,000 Joy Jars for the Jessie Rees Foundation and stuff 2,000 animals that were then donated to a variety of organizations that work with children.

Charitable Giving

In 2023, Keenan donated $207,000 in financial support and in-kind donations to our many nonprofit partners.

100+ Ways to Make an IMPACT

In 2023, Keenan employees were challenged with participating in creating 100 Ways to Make an IMPACT in our communities. We are proud to say that not only did we meet our goal of 100 Ways to Make an IMPACT, but we exceeded that number by 17, totaling 117 Ways to Make an IMPACT.

Volunteer Squad Projects

Keenan’s Volunteer Squad hosted a variety of virtual and In-Person volunteer projects that benefitted a variety of nonprofit partners, including:

• Pet Toys – (Agoura Animal Care Center & Healthcare for Homeless Animals)
• Home Sweet Home items - (A Sense of Home)
• Bookmarks – (Meals on Wheels Programs)
• Holiday Crafts – (Meals on Wheels Programs & Nursing Homes)

Volunteer Hours

Keenan employees completed close to 6,500 of VTO hours volunteering at IMPACT Day and many nonprofits in their local communities.

Drives

Keenan held multiple Drives for several of our nonprofit partners. In additional to raising money for these organizations, they also collected pet food and supplies, diapers, furniture & home décor items, school supplies, clothing and toys.
